Ramp-up your new PMs faster by teaching them
practical,
day-to-day skills most certifications skip.
Built from own mistakes during 10+ years of running projects.
Even after completing PM training,
these problems don't go away:
Nobody remembers what was agreed in last week's meeting.
No agenda, no minutes, no follow-through.
Long, jargony, no useful summary.
Juniors lean on seniors instead of building skills.
Your team needs people who can run a project on Monday morning - not pass an exam.
What you'll see in each PM, and what you'll see across the team.
10+ years leading projects across IT, automotive, insurance, and banking made me
build a playbook I wished I'd had as a junior PM

Junior PMs early in their journey, people aspiring to become a PM or knowledge workers running small projects on the side

Self-paced for the 40 lessons (works around full-time workloads), with scheduled live implementation workshops layered on top. Your team isn't blocked waiting for a workshop to take place, but they still get live coaching from me.
The default format is online but if practical, on-site workshops are possible. At least the kickoff.
Up to 25 active PMs/team members. More than that, we scope a custom engagement on the call.
The content is in English. Workshops can be held in English, Slovak and Czech languages.
~20–30 minutes. I learn about your team - size, current pain points, existing PM practices. Then I walk you through the program, the tiers, and how a deployment would actually look for you. No fluff. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you.
Teams that need ceremonial enterprise training (lots of slides, no execution). Senior PMs looking for advanced strategy. PMs who want a certificate to hang on a wall - this teaches you how to run a project, not how to pass an exam.
20–30 minutes with Andrej. He'll learn about your team, walk you through the program, and tell you straight whether it's a fit.
